Unfortunately, the Career Solutions and Academic Advising offices are not able to assist in acquiring Enrollment Verification. If an employer is asking you for this information, you need to work with the Registrar’s office , as the College of IST does not manage this process.

An enrollment verification provides confirmation of enrollment status , dates of attendance, and degrees conferred. Verifications may be used to confirm enrollment to insurers and lenders, and to confirm degrees to employers. If you believe you need a notarized copy of your enrollment verification, please review the information on the Notary Services website and follow the instructions provided there.

IMPORTANT - The verification date on the form is the Registrar’s Graduation Projection and may not accurately reflect your actual graduation date. Ultimately, your graduation date is determined when all of your degree requirements are completed and you set your intent to graduate.

Penn State's Enrollment Verification Services are available to all currently enrolled and former students and to parents of currently enrolled students.
