The Office of Career Solutions is dedicated to providing our students with the tools and resources they need to find a meaningful and impactful career.  As part of this mission, we offer students in The College of Information Sciences and Technology (IST) an exclusive recruiting system, Compass.  In addition to Compass, students can utilize Nittany Lion Career Network through Penn State's University-wide Career Services office, as well as many other online job posting resources.

Compass and Nittany Lion Career Network will be transitioned (along with all other recruiting systems at Penn State) to one, enterprise-wide system.  All students will have an account in this new system, Nittany Lion Careers, which will launch on June 18, 2018.  Students will be able to search for job/internships, schedule on-campus interviews, register for careers fairs and workshops, and more!  More information can be found at and emails will be sent to students as the transition process continues.
