Penn State University will implement the Penn State hub of the Virtual Data Collaboratory (VDC) to provide data-intensive computing solutions, storage, and networking, federated with an innovative interdisciplinary data services layer to support data-intensive, interdisciplinary collaborative research, science, and engineering discoveries across the VDC.
