David is Chief Product Owner and Vice President of the Technology Division of EnergyCAP—publisher of America’s #1 utility bill management software. He leads an experienced and talented team of software engineers, designers, network engineers, and other technical personnel who are responsible for developing and hosting EnergyCAP's software. He has over 15 years of experience in the energy industry. Prior to his role at EnergyCAP, David worked with Accenture and PJM Interconnection in the Philadelphia region.

David received his M.B.A. and B.S. in Management Science and Information Systems from Penn State University's Smeal College of Business. In addition, he has received his Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute.

David enjoys sharing his technical background, day-to-day IT management experiences, and excitement for creating technical solutions with his classes.
