The Nittany AI Alliance creates programs that bring together students, faculty, staff, and industry leaders to address real-world problems through experiential learning projects using artificial intelligence–based solutions. We are committed to providing students with unique out-of-classroom learning opportunities, improving the student experience at Penn State, and facilitating innovative collaboration between businesses and top talent at Penn State and across the Commonwealth.

The primary focus of the Alliance is to provide meaningful engagement opportunities to students to complement their classroom learning. We couldn’t succeed in this mission without the help of dedicated Penn State faculty and staff, who can encourage students to take advantage of our programs and serve as mentors for Nittany AI Challenge teams.
