What IST@PENNSTATE Can Offer You

The College of Information Sciences and Technology offers two unique four-year degree programs in information technology: B.S. in Information Sciences and Technology and B.S. in Security and Risk Analysis.

Both majors go beyond simply learning computer hardware and software; instead, they prepare graduates for jobs that combine business and technology to tackle cutting-edge problems in government, industry, and non-profit organizations.

Our graduates have an average 95 percent job placement rate and starting salary of $55,000.
