This course introduces consultative and project management methods, skills, and tools essential to translate technology issues into crisp, customer-oriented messages and recommendations. This course introduces the concepts and approaches used to effectively manage technology change in an organizational context and foster a collaborative, trusted relationship with customers, clients, and upper management. Participants will be taught a systematic approach and multiple methods and disciplines needed to move rapidly from problem identification to IT implementation while facilitating buy-in and acceptance among key stakeholders.
