IST Career Solutions offers a comprehensive set of tools to help develop an efficient and effective job search methodology. The range of services offered includes: individual career counseling, MonsterTRAK, on-campus recruiting, job search strategies, using the Internet, job search sites on the Internet for educators, and government employment. IST Career Solutions provides students with IST-specific job opportunities.

In addition what the College of IST has to offfer, Penn State has the Bank of America Career Services which offers additional job opportunities for students to explore.  Bank of America Career Center offers a University-wide job posting system — On Campus Recruiting (OCR).  Some companies post their opportunities solely through OCR so it is important to register for the OCR as well.   Please do this during your junior year to ensure that you are aware of all the job postings and information sessions throughout campus.
